Corporate Matching
Free Money is available for our school! Many companies provide matching funds for donations that you make to the Montevideo Education Foundation. In our surrounding schools this program is doubling or even tripling donation dollars.The additional money that we can collect from our corporate partners is a great way to boost donation dollars that support our school. Check to see if your company has a corporate match program and leverage the dollars your companies match on your behalf.
Last year Montevideo earned approximately $10,000 dollars through this program. We would like to increase this amount!
Simple Steps for Corporate Matching
- Write a check to Montevideo Education Foundation at registration (or any time during the school year)
- Access your company’s corporate matching form. (Form may be electronic or hard copy)
- Use the information below to complete the employee’s section of the form and submit it, either electronically or directly to the Montevideo office. Remember to sign the form and attach a copy of your receipt.
- WE DO THE REST We will verify the donation and submit the completed forms to your respective company.

What Amount is Eligible?
Your entire contribution to the Montevideo Education Foundation is eligible for matching. This includes the annual Montevideo Education Foundation contribution PLUS classroom, library, science, computer lab, Rainbow Room, and PTA donations.
