Montevideo Education Foundation (Mustang Fund)
Montevideo Education Fund is a non-profit public benefit corporation operated in affiliation with the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, thus maintaining the tax deductibility of all contributions made to the Montevideo Education Foundation. The Montevideo Education Foundation is operated by the Board of Directors that includes Montevideo's Principal, a teacher and staff representative, and five elected parents/guardians of school children (see bylaws). MEF's design, governance structure, and its mission assures that the foundation will always be responsive to the needs of Montevideo Elementary School and allows for a broad spectrum of fundraising activities.
